Moments ago at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather kept his title and his undefeated record intact, defeating former welterweight champion Marcos Maidana via unanimous decision after giving him a boxing lesson over the course of 12 rounds. The fight lived up to it's name, "Mayhem", when Maidana tried to first bite Mayweather through his glove and then was laster deducted a point after slamming him to the canvas. In the end, the judges scored the bout 115-112, 116-111, and 116-111 all for Mayweather.
